Successful Manual Traffic Exchange Campaigns

Do you want traffic surfers to stop and look at your site? Do you want them to request more information? Whilst others are surfing for credits to show their own sites, they are also on the lookout for interesting programs, info and anything which will earn them money.

So stop them in their tracks with a fast-loading page. Forget sound on traffic exchanges because it slows the loading time. Save it for your home page.

1. Your page has to load fast because when the timer runs out, the surfer is going to click to the next site. Limit your graphics to just a logo and a small picture for illustration.

2. Use a splash page for your traffic exchanges because they they load faster.

3. Take the time to add the content to arouse curiosity and provide a link or button to click so that your site opens in a new page. This will enable the surfer to continue surfing for his credits but still give your site due attention.

4. Offer information via email. Use a simple subscription page attached to an autoresponder, or better still, to your email so that you can give a personal response.

5. Save the sound effects for your main page. If you are promoting an affiliate page with sound, take the time to build a gateway or splash page, so that the surfer will want to click through to your main page.

6. Proofread your copy. Several misspelled words or grammatical errors are turn-offs.

7. Avoid using a lot of Flash. Dial-up viewers will not see your page before the surfing timer runs out.

These tips are basic but you will notice a better response to your manual traffic exchange campaigns, which will greatly increase your success with your business.
