Using Traffic Exchanges to Build Your Business

Getting The Most Out Of Surfing
- excerpts from an article by Stephen Ayer
Why do so many people use traffic exchanges to advertise on the Internet? Because they work.

Not only are they a great way to advertise, butthey are a great way to keep yourself close to the pulse of the industry.

To get the most out of exchange surfing, there are a few things you should know.

How Much Time Should I Spend Surfing?
As much as you can. If you want to build your business, you will either have to put the time into surfing, or purchase credits and upgrades. We recommend all three for the best results.

Many newcomers spend a week or two surfing an hour or two a day and wonder why their businesses aren't growing. This is because the competition is fierce and you must keep your business in front of everybody to be successful.

Setting A Schedule For Surfing
Reports have shown that the most active time of the day on traffic exchanges is around 9PM to 12AM Pacific time. However, early morning is also very productive.

The best thing to do is break up your surfing into chunks throughout the day. The best scenario would be an hour or two in the early morning (Pacific Time),
and hour or two in the early afternoon, an hour or two in the late afternoon/early evening and 2 or 3 hours later at night.

This will expose your business to a wider range of people than surfing every day at the same time.

You will want to keep your business in front of other Net Marketers as much as you can. Regular surfing, credits purchases and a Pro upgrade will help you do this.

One more tip- when you are surfing, view all the sites so you won't be cheating other surfers out of their credits. However, you don't want to spend all your
allotted surfing time on reading entire websites. If you see something that interests you, bookmark it and go back to it when you are done surfing.

Steve Ayer recommends TrafficRoundup membership.
